  • Matter-Specific Information: Any personal, commercial, employment, or health data that is relevant to the legal dispute, insurance claim, or notarial matter we are handling on your behalf.

2. How We Collect Personal Data
We generally collect Personal Data directly from you when you:

  • Administrative Operations: Managing your file, processing billing and payments, and responding to your inquiries.

  • Legal and Regulatory Obligations: Complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, or guidelines issued by the Law Society of Singapore or the Courts.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data
